SHIPPING INFORMATION
General shipping arrives 3 to 5 business days from the time the order was placed. If you are on the East Coast, it is likely closer to 2 days, if you are on the West Coast, it is likely closer to 7 days.
Expedited Shipping arrives in 1-3 business days for orders placed before 1pm EST. Although we do our best to ensure you will receive items within the specified timeframe. We are not responsible for delays by the carrier.
Next Day Shipping arrives the next business day for orders placed before 1pm EST
International Orders: Customers are responsible for any duties, customs or import charges accrued on any order placed through are store. Cruising Accessories Limited and SailPak LLC will not be held responsible for any additional shipping fees assessed on order. On orders that get returned customers will be charged a $100.00 return fee. Any return fee not paid within 30 days, will be sent to a third party collection agency.
*For your security, please provide a Shipping Address where someone can physically receive your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages damaged, missing, or stolen from an unattended address after the carrier has confirmed the package as "delivered."
RETURNS INFORMATION
Our return policy window is 30 days. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Clearance Item or Any items purchased with a discount code may only be returned for store credit.
